Claire - First Food

At Claire's 4 month appointment, the doctor said we could start rice cereal and work our way up to starting solids.  He also said we didn't have to do rice cereal and that some doctors are actually recommending against it these days.  Cason hated it so I just decided to skip it.  The past couple of days, we've really noticed Claire watching us eat (and do lots of other things) so tonight I decided to give it a go and see how she did.  We just did smushed avocado mixed with milk but she seemed to really like it and did really well eating.  She even grabbed for the spoon.
